Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@texangambler.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations within 30 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Texan Gambler.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either through email notification or a prominent notice on our website.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
